Beaver Creek is located in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, just 120 miles west of Denver and just 20 miles east of Eagle off of Interstate 70.

Strawberry Park Express Lift, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  • Lift tickets are available at the Beaver Creek Summer Adventure Center, open 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily, located at the top of the second set of escalators in Beaver Creek Village. For more information call (970) 754-4636.

Hiking and Biking
Enjoy the beauty of the natural environment on foot or bike via Beaver Creek’s expansive trail systems. The Beaver Creek Hiking Center offers a staff of well-trained guides and specializes in daily scheduled and private interpretive nature hikes and cross country mountain bike tours for all ages and ability levels. Bike haul is not available for summer 2014 due to construction of the new combination lift in replacement of Centennial Express Lift (chair #6.)

Beaver Creek Golf Club
The Beaver Creek Golf Course is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and ranks among Golf Digest magazine’s “Top 75 Golf Resorts in North America.” The 6,784-yard par-70 course opened in 1984 and begins and ends at the edge of Beaver Creek Village. The course, known and respected for its long, narrow challenging fairways and stunning surrounding environment, is one of the longest established courses in the Vail Valley. www.beavercreek.com.

Red Sky features two award-winning golf courses designed by Tom Fazio and Greg Norman and both are ranked amongst Golf Digest magazine’s best courses in Colorado. Getting Here and Away

By Air
Non-stop flights to Eagle Airport (EGE) from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston make escaping to Beaver Creek and the mountains that much easier. American Airlines will have a daily non-stop flight from Dallas/Ft. Worth June 11 through September 30 with additional service on Saturdays from June 14 through August 16. United Airlines will operate non-stop service from Houston three days a week on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays to Eagle Airport and from Eagle Airport to Houston on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays, June 26 through August 18. United Express also offers 1-2 daily non-stop flights from Denver year-round to Eagle Airport. Eagle Airport is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Beaver Creek Resort with Colorado Mountain Express shuttle service available or rental car options from Avis, Budget, Dollar and Hertz. Ground Transportation
  • Colorado Mountain Express (CME) is the best link to Beaver Creek and offers access to and from both Denver International Airport and the Eagle Airport. Getting Around in Town
  • Beaver Creek Village Transportation offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying at the resort. For information or to schedule a pick-up guests can call (970) 949-1938.
  • The town of Avon operates a free bus service daily throughout the summer to amenities and lodging properties within the town limits. The summer schedule begins April 21, 2014 offering services every 30 minutes between 6:30 a.m. and 6:28 p.m. (http://www.avon.org/DocumentCenter/View/11648).  
  • Visitors can also access public transportation to nearby Vail, Minturn, Leadville and Edwards for a nominal fee on ECO Transportation (http://www.eaglecounty.us/transit/schedules/).
