 After the Labor Day weekend, Beaver Creek Resort will continue to offer scenic chairlift rides on Centennial Express Lift weekends only Sept. 12-13, 19-20 and 26-27 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Kids 12 and under ride for free when accompanied by one paying adult (up to three kids per adult). Spruce Saddle Lodge on the mountain will serve lunch at the outdoor grill on the weekends.
Golden aspens provide a brilliant backdrop for guided hikes through the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, which will be open weekends only through Sept. 27 after the holiday weekend. Private hikes will be offered through October. With a combined 50 years worth of hiking and outdoors experience, the pros at the Hiking Center make it simple for guests by providing transportation, a professional guide, and the use of Salomon packs and boots, Leki hiking poles, rain gear, bottled water, Gatorade and Nature Valley granola bars.
