Kaut brings 17 years of food and beverage leadership experience, along with 14 years of fine dining management experience, to his new position at Beano’s Cabin. Recently he was the food and beverage director at the Hotel Jermone in Aspen, CO. Kaut has worked at the Zagat-rated Smythat the Iron Horse Hotel and Whist at the Viceroy, Santa Monica, CA and he has 10 years of experience working in private club management for the PGA Tour, Inc. While at the PGA Tour, he served as the director of food and beverage at the Tournament Player Clubs at the Canyons in Las Vegas, Valencia in Valencia, CA and Sawgrass in Ponte Verda Beach, FL.
