May 28 – 29                                         Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival
Top Colorado barbecue chefs reach for their top-shelf ingredients, recipes and techniques to barbecue, smoke and roast succulent Colorado meats, poultry and summer vegetables to pair with cold, thirst-quenching craft brews at the 13th Annual Beaver Creek Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival. May 28                                                  Beaver Creek Microbrew Festival
 
As one of the largest exclusively Colorado microbrewery beer tastings in the state, Beaver Creek Microbrew Festival features more than 80 artisan recipes from over  30 Colorado-based breweries.  Aficionados savor new brews and classic summer favorites from Rocky Mountain favorites – such as Crazy Mountain, Pikes Peak, Upslope, Gore Range, and 7 Hermits Brewing Companies, among many.  Other tried-and-true summer selections – such as 4 Noses, Oskar Blues and others are on tap. The Microbrew Festival is hosted on the expansive lawns of Centennial Park adjacent to the Buckaroo Express Gondola in the Beaver Creek Village. Event Photos

June 13 – 25                                       Suzuki Summer Music Camp
 
Presented by Colorado Suzuki Institute and hosted at Beaver Creek, the 13th Annual Suzuki Summer Music Camp invites children to participate in two weeks of learning, practice and classic summer fun and activities at Beaver Creek.  Led by some of the world’s most accomplished musicians, kids of all levels from every state and 10 countries hone disciplines of violin, viola, cello, piano, guitar, bass, harp, and voice – which includes performing in the world-class Vilar Performing Arts Center, located in the heart of the Beaver Creek Village.  In addition, participants enjoy summer with activities such as hiking, biking and adventure at Beaver Creek.  For details and registration, please visit BeaverCreek.com.

June 18                                                Summer Solstice Trail Run
The Beaver Creek Summer Solstices Trail Run invites guests to celebrate the year’s longest day by participating in either the Solstice 5K, 10K and Kids Fun Run. Hosted in Creekside Park near the Beaver Creek Village, participants enjoy some of the mountain’s perfect single track trail network under the shade of towering aspens and blue spruce.  Entry fees benefit the Vail Valley Charitable Fund and participants receive a Solstice tech t-shirt, lunch and live entertainment.  The top three men and women 5K finishers are awarded with special prizes.  For registration and further information, please visit BeaverCreek.com

June 23 & 30                                       Mountain Luxury Meets Unbridled Action at 15th Annual Beaver Creek Rodeo Series
 A bona fide summer rite of passage, the Beaver Creek Rodeo Series presented by the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa invites brave participants and even the most sophisticated of spectators to cut loose with 100 percent wild abandon each  Thursday.  Featuring professional bronc and bull riding as well as fun, participant-friendly events for all ages –  such as the calf scramble, “mutton bustin’” kids’ sheep ride, and all-ages team  burro race – the  Rodeo unquestionably delivers an action-packed evening in the Colorado Rocky Mountains not to miss. August 26th, bring the whole family out to the Beaver Creek plaza for live music, shopping, ice skating, and more! Try a bite from one of the local restaurants, or purchase a  beverage and soak up the summer sun at the all-new Plaza Pavilion, located at the west end of the ice rink.

Beaver Creek is home to a wide array of epicurean experiences. Stop by the Plaza Pavilion on Saturday afternoons throughout the summer to mix and mingle with the behind the scenes people who give Beaver Creek its world-renowned culinary reputation – Beaver Creek chefs, sommeliers and beyond! Each session is unique – from cooking demonstrations and wine pairings to discussions on the history of a storied Beaver Creek gourmet outlet – and each session offers the chance to try a free sampling of the restaurants’ tasty creations! Restaurant Connection take place at the all-new Plaza Pavilion, Beaver Creek’s lush outdoor oasis, located at the west end of the ice rink, every Saturday, June 25th – August 27th.
 
June 29                                                 Music Experience Concert Series
Concert guests experience American Roots Music with a Rocky Mountain backdrop each week at the Beaver Creek Music Experience. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets to relax on the lush lawn Beaver Creek’s picturesque Creekside Park, located just below the main village. July 4                                                    Independence Day Celebration and Family Fun
 Beaver Creek Resort invites guests to the quintessential Independence Day celebration in the mountains.  July 4 festivities begin at noon with children’s Stars, Stripes & Slides activities, such as inflatable castles, slides and games; and Beaver Creek Adventure Center fun, including the Bungee Trampoline, miniature golf, gem panning and climbing walls.  Mountain adventure beckons with horseback riding, scenic chair lift rides, hiking and biking throughout the day. Multiple musical performances take to the Centennial Park Stage from 2 – 9:30 p.m. and invite guests of all ages to find their holiday groove.  Beaver Creek Fireworks ignite the sky at 9:30 p.m. over the Beaver Creek Village offering spectators an unobstructed view.  Event Photos

The Beaver Creek XTERRA Trail Run offers stunning scenery, dreamy single track trails and a festive post-race atmosphere in the Beaver Creek Village.  Offering distances of 5K (3.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles) and 20K (12.4 miles), the all-ages, family-friendly event offers races for every level of endurance. 

July 23                                                  Colorado Eagle River Ride
Beaver Creek and S.O.S. August 7                                              Beaver Creek Half Marathon, 10K and 5K

August 9 – 14                                     10th Annual TransRockies Run
Six days, 120 miles and 20,000 feet of elevation gain invite enthusiastic runners to savor an adventure of a lifetime.  Participants choose between a six-day team run and a three-day solo run, starting in Buena Vista, CO and finishing in the Beaver Creek Village.  The point-to-point course travels through the San Isabel and White River National Forests, and TransRockies Run crews offer full support – including race-ready and whole foods, full on-course support and overnight accommodations.  For additional information or to register, please visit TransRockies-Run.com.
