Beaver Creek is dedicated to offering the best customer service in the industry and that includes creating an “experience of a lifetime” for employees and guests and delivering upon the resort’s tagline and promise of “Not Exactly Roughing It”. The comprehensive guest service program is comprised of a wide variety of initiatives including notables such as Cookie Time: warm chocolate chip cookies served at 3 p.m. every day; weekly complimentary family activities; mobile resort updates via and on Twitter @BCGrooming and @beavercreekmtn; and the volunteer Ambassador program which was developed to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations.
The Beaver Creek Mountain Safety Team which includes Ski Patrol and Yellow Jackets prides itself on instilling safety as a core value among employees and also educating and promoting a safe, fun environment on the mountain for guests. In addition to incorporating fundamental industry safety messages into its campaign, the safety team also develops programs based upon current industry safety trends to offer a sensible, relevant curriculum. These programs are highlighted each year during the NSAA’s National Safety Awareness Week program in January and are reinforced each day on the slopes throughout the season.
